Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary management of the housekeeping department Responsible for the cleanliness of public areas, hotel rooms and wellness area. Management of the in-house laundry Inspection of the departure and stay rooms Forwarding damage and defects to the responsible departments. Purchasing and stock management of all required products within budget. Training and further training of employees and apprentices Staff deployment planning in accordance with budget requirements Monitoring and compliance with health and safety regulations Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of quality standards Inventory
Requirements
Completed at least 3 years of training in the hospitality industry At least 3 years of professional experience You are enthusiastic and your positive work attitude motivates your employees You value honesty, creativity and respectful cooperation You have a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness Sound language skills German and English EU citizen or permit
